Assistant Store Manager

Charterhouse is working in partnership with a globally recognised luxury brand that specialises in leather goods and accessories. Our client is looking to hire an experienced and passionate Assistant Store Manager, to join their team in one of their glamorous stores.

The Assistant Store Manager will act as a brand ambassador, embodying the luxurious and glamourous image of the client through effective customer interactions, excellent demeanour, and amiable attitude, while ensuring that the team reflects this image.

This role involves engaging with the team and inspiring them to strive towards achieving their targets and KPIs, as well as ensuring that the boutique operates efficiently, adhering to retail excellence, company directives and procedures.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must have prior experience in luxury retail, with demonstrated success as a manager, possessing solid knowledge about customer service, fashion and the luxury market. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with a drive to exceed targets. Excellent English communication skills is essential for this role.
