Job Description
- Partnering with Product Managers to maximize AMAN customers' value and boosting engagement through data-driven insights and marketing initiatives for all AMAN Holding products.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of AMAN's product offerings to align CVM strategies with customer needs and market trends.
- Utilize data analytics to analyze customer data and identify trends and opportunities to improve customer retention, loyalty, and profitability.
- Develop segmentation strategies to tailor AMAN product offerings to different customer groups based on behaviors and needs.
- Partner with marketing team to design, execute and manage targeted campaigns across multiple channels.
- Develop and implement CVM strategies that drive engagement & growth.
- Collaborate with product managers, business unit heads, and marketing to develop and implement CVM strategies to drive growth and customer engagement.
- Communicate insights and action plans with AMAN management and key stakeholders to influence decision making related to product and marketing strategies.
- Stay ahead of the latest technologies and trends in the Fintech industry and work on enhancing CVM activities.
- Partner with customer experience team to track customer satisfaction and feedback related to AMAN products
