With a large team in Riyadh, this role is open those who have some exposure to reprographics, monitoring emails, team collaboration and the distribution of bids.

Joining the operations team, you will be responsible for recording all incoming leads to the business and ensuring no information is missed. Updating internal and external portals, handling hard and soft copies of the bids, and ensuring quality checks are actioned before the submission, you will have an excellent eye for detail in both Arabic and English languages. Collaborating constantly with operational teams, facilities, IT, vendors, and couriers to ensure the delivery date of the bid is met, this is a very busy role working across several departments at once. Therefore, you will need to be highly pro-active and motivated to keep the workflow on time and inform all parties involved on progress. The duties of this role will also include managing the bids archive filing systems and the creation of monthly downloaded reports from the system. You will be an active participant in regular work in progress meetings and should possess the ability to communicate effectively in such in both Arabic and English.

Requirements

Strong administrative skills with MS office (including excel and PowerPoint) are essential to this new position. You will also ideally be degree educated. This is a fast-paced environment where team work is essential, so those with focus and a fast pace are best suited to this global organisation.
