The project:

This is an opportunity to work on a large new build airport, that will set a global benchmark for aviation experience and aims to attract 120 million passengers by 2030 in Saudi Arabia.

Job Summary:

Responsible for delivering client-facing services including the advisory, management and co-ordination of various climate change, sustainability and/or social value related activities on projects and/or programmes. Support work winning, and the delivery of Mace's 2026 business plan and Responsible Business strategy.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Working with Suppliers and Enterprises to drive social value outcomes.
• Leading outreach and engagement initiatives, including visits to schools and universities to promote the work we are doing and attract talent to the sector / programme.
• Working with charities / SME’s to help enable volunteering initiatives.
• Ensuring equity and fairness across the programme and supply chain in terms of working practices / pay / modern slavery etc.
• Community / stakeholder engagement to ensure we are delivering on our Social Value pledges.

Requirements

You’ll need to have:

• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
• Qualifications: Relevant Tertiary Qualification (Post Graduate Degree, Etc) (or equivalent).
• Practical experience in the following sectors would be beneficial: Infrastructure (e.g., rail, highways, aviation, defence, energy, utilities, nuclear).
