Job description / Role
We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Admin Assistant to join our team in the Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The Admin Assistant will communicate via phone and email ensuring that all administrative assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Salary:
AED
4,000 to 5,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload
- Discretion and confidentiality
