Aircraft Lifecycle Management Controller - Engineering (UAE National Graduate Program)

Be the focal point to coordinate and assign resources, address tactical daily issues for remedial action, for the effective management of airworthiness compliance activities across the Operations, Lease Management, Compliance and Business Support areas. To assist the ALCM manager in ensuring full compliance and continuous airworthiness management of the relevant areas in the department.

Job Outline:

GENERIC
- Manage the Lessor relationship and all related administrative activities including access through Stream and conduct regular audits to ensure Lessor information is kept up-to-date and reflects the appropriate access levels required.
- For Mid-Term and End-Of-Lease activity, control the collation and compilation of aircraft documentation ensuring all files are delivered to the required redelivery standard, as defined by the ALCM Standards Manual. Ensure that all open issues are addressed with internal and external data providers and are then presented to the Lessor for final buy-back.
- Manage the ALCM Share point site ensuring that all information is correctly stored and presented. Administer access and security rights to the site and ensure that all data is up to date.
- Ensure work activities are resourced effectively and any overtime requirement is managed efficiently. Monitor operational and administrative functional requirements and report failures in systems, processes or resources to the appropriate stakeholder.
- Ensure full compliance with Continued Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO) requirements, conduct sample audits to ensure quality systems and standards are maintained by arranging resources to complete Airworthiness Review Certificate (ARC), Period Compliance Audit (PCA) activities and investigate anomalies and discrepancies. Manage and administer exceptions and control processes to ensure airworthiness compliance.
- Ensure data is effectively captured into data systems via digital archiving and delivery of maintenance documentation. to ensure that data and documentation input and retrieval for operational and maintenance activities is completed according to regulatory, quality and efficiency standards to support internal and external customer requirements.
- Manage the Airworthiness Directive data records ensuring recording is error free and updated in a timely manner and that all airworthiness directives and mandatory requirements are reported such that a continual record of aircraft, components and engine fleet status is available.
- Work with internal business units to create and deliver proactive beneficial changes to the group. Support internal and external departments by publishing reports and supporting documentation as required to enable accomplishment of ad-hoc requests, customer support and standard operating processes.
- Develop systems, processes, procedures and personnel training/development opportunities to all new and existing staff to ensure efficient and effective management of all tasks. Provide detailed Key Performance Indicator reporting and continuous improvements ensuring the effective use of LEAN procedures.
- Maintain an environment where continuous improvement initiatives are encouraged, captured and escalated to the management team, and resources organised to ensure efficient operation and utilization of manpower to maximise efficiencies and reduce cost overheads through implementation of new technology and procedures.

- Age up to 26 years
- Valid UAE passport and Khulasat Al Qaid
- Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering field. (Preferred degrees are Aerospace/Aeronautical engineering, Information Technology, Computer science)
- GPA of 3.0 and above
- English, minimum IELTS score of 6.0 or TOFEL 510 or EMSAT - 1400
