Six Sigma Black Belt Certification Training

The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt course will advance the skills and knowledge of professionals who, through practical experience, have demonstrated their basic mastery of the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control (DMAIC) process and by previously attaining Six Sigma Green Belt status. The application of a critical thinking using the data acquired through the DMAIC methodology to support company process improvement efforts will be major focus of the discussions and in-class activities.
