WORKLOAD ANALYSIS

Workload analysis is used to answer key questions of organising the workload for an individual to cope with, and bring low level of workload. This specific course will help organisation with the relevant tools to analyse the issues through workload prediction, measurement techniques with existing operation, future operation or assess the impact of organisational change. It will give you thorough knowledge and techniques to determine staffing requirements to build a profile.

Workload analysis techniques may be used by those responsible for operations, and / or the implementation of new or modified systems, equipment or ways of working.
