Maintenance Planning and Scheduling has taken a great amount of attention in the past few decays to help improve asset maintenance productivity and asset performance. Attendants will also take a closer look at the Maintenance Performance Metrics and how these metrics can gage the health of the Maintenance planning and execution functions which in turn will enable the Maintenance Organization for a continuous improvement cycle.
