Once completed or the course and our own online internal exam we will use our recruitment connections to organise a CV Review and put you forward for an interview with one of our IT Employment contacts.

Job roles typically range from GBP18k to GBP25k at entry level rising to GBP30k+ for more senior technician roles.

CompTIA A+ 220-901 covers the fundamentals of computer technology, installation and configuration of PCs, laptops and related hardware, and basic networking.

CompTIA A+ 220-902 covers the skills required to install and configure PC operating systems, as well as configuring common features (e.g. network connectivity and email) for mobile operating systems Android and Apple iOS).

Once you have completed the CompTIA A+, then consider the CompTIA Network+ and Operating System courses like Windows 7 provided free of charge.

A combination of these courses will give you the skills employers are looking for to work in a 1st line support environment. 1st Line Support is where you will fine the bulk of entry level IT jobs.
