LLM International Trade and Commercial Law

This LLM International Trade and Commercial Law course will provide an in-depth understanding of areas of law such as law of the World Trade Organisation, international competition law, international sales of goods, legal research skills and methods, international carriage of goods, private international law, intellectual property law and international commercial dispute resolution. The programme also provides students an opportunity to undertake their own original research by submitting a 60-credit dissertation.

This programme is aimed at a wide range of legal and non-legal professionals who want to progress to a high-level career in international law firms, multinational companies, governmental/non-governmental organisations and many more. Qualified solicitors or barristers will also be able to use the skills and knowledge gained from studying the course to meet their annual Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements.
