Course Overview

Deakin's Master of Laws focuses on international commercial law and corporate regulation. It will equip you with knowledge of important areas of the Australian and international legal systems and recent professional practice developments. The LLM covers new developments in major areas of human activity (health, financial services, corporate governance), and increased regulation in traditional areas (dispute resolution, human rights, tax) to prepare you for an advanced legal career. It also develops research, analytical, evaluative and communication skills.
