Our MSc Business with Human Resources has modules covering leadership, economics, human resource management and much more and will prepare you for a senior role in almost any public, private, or non-profit making organisation. You’ll use cutting-edge practices and theories to reflect on your own business experience, while also developing transferable skills and cross-functional abilities.

The additional human resource skills that you will also gain on this combined course will allow you to examine the management and motivation of the human resource through approaches to cultures of continuous development and improvement amongst diverse employees and performance management and reward.

The course also gives you the chance to undertake independent research and create a 40-credit Business and Management Research Report.
