About this Course:
In this short form of in-depth analysis on the subject of European Planning we teach how to build the budget of a proposal for a community project. The typical term of the European project is used it is assumed that the learners know the meaning of terms such as Work Package and eligible costs.
The course consists of 5 lessons consisting of slides commented on the voice and the slides used are provided.
The first part describes the eligible costs starting with the detailed description of personnel costs then moving on to the other cost categories and to the illustration of the various models for calculating total costs. In the last part the simulation of the budget construction of a proposal is performed showing a practical example on Excel.
