This course, based on global best practice identified by PMI, will introduce delegates to the structure, components, and skills required to initiate and manage programs. It also delineates the differences between a project management approach, and a program management approach. Project management expert level knowledge is not required for this course, but that knowledge will help program managers better understand challenges faced by project managers so as to be able to support them better.
