What you can expect:
- To take an innovative approach, using all forms of printmaking. These include intaglio, lithographic, relief print, screen-printing, letterpress and digital processes
- To investigate and reconsider assumptions about autographic processes and new technologies
- To look at the practice of printmaking in both a contemporary context and a wider, historical perspective
- To research the content, materials and technical skills appropriate to your project
- Visits to important print collections
- Cross-pathway lectures, seminars and crits to help you locate your practice within the broader field of fine art and other social, cultural and ethical contexts. These will include postcolonial, feminist and disadvantaged discourses
- To engage with the wider research culture at University of the Arts London
- To look at funding, promotion, self-employment and other aspects of professional practice
- To have access to Camberwell's shared workshops.
