Course Overview
Students on this postgraduate distance learning degree will possess an excellent level of knowledge and understanding of a range of topics in Occupational Psychology and a keen awareness of theory and the strengths and limitations of research evidence, and how research can be used to help companies and its employees.
Students will learn to use acquired knowledge to solve real-life problems in organisations through the application of occupational psychology methodologies. The programme will not only illustrate core psychological theories, it will also present the latest findings and examples of practice.
Eligibility
A Second class honours degree in Psychology that confers Graduate Basis for Chartership with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and also must have some occupational experience
IELTS 6.5 or equivalent. If your first language is not English, you may need to provide evidence of your English language ability, or
The University of Leicester English Language Test which takes only 90 minutes and is available on demand.
