Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• FTTH network planning and design base on difference target area.
• Technical feasibility study for new FTTH project.
• Estimating project CAPEX and OPEX budget.
• Installation and configuration of all active and passive equipment for FTTH network.
• FTTH network design for inside plan and outside plan.
• Design and planning of FTTH ODN for brownfield, overbuild and greenfield environments.
• Preparing fiber connection (splicing) plan for FTTH project.
• Develop and prepare the BOM and BOQ for the FTTH project.
• Cooperate with FTTH market team.
• Link budget calculation.
• Splicing matrix preparation.
• Provide Right of Way (ROW) maps for submission to authorities.
• Providing technical guidance to FTTH teams.
• Guiding & Managing FTTH planning, implementation teams.
• Coordinate FTTH projects schedules.
• Any other tasks assign by his/her line manager.

Requirements:

Qualifications:
• University degree in Telecom / Information Technology/ Computer Science with minimum of five years of experience in field of FTTH network.

Skills Required:
• Deep knowledge and experience of the FTTH network.
• Good interpersonal skills with customers, vendors and members of team.
• Knowledge of FTTH network technologies (GPON, EPON, XGPON, 10GEPON …).
• Capability in FTTH Network design, planning, implementation.
• Expert in FTTH design tools (QGIS, ArcGIS, Auto CAD….)
• Knowledge on FTTH Active and Passive equipment.
• Ability to work with and leading the team.
• Extensive experience on Incident and problem management.
• Self-disciplined, self-motivated and the ability to organize and prioritize time effectively.
• Ability to calculate budgets, business-cases, capacity planning etc.
• Able to travel and work throughout the country, including remote locations
• Be CCNP certified
