Employment: Full Time

Head of Human Resource Strategy and Policy Management c$12,000 per month

Responsible for developing and implementing the HR strategy & ensuring its alignment with Business strategy and organizational goals. To ensure required number & quality of Human Resources available to all businesses. Ensure the development, communication & implementation of a performance oriented culture through effective HR policies & people management practices.
Responsible for attracting, motivating, and retaining high quality talent

Requirements

- Masters
- MBA
- 10+ years of experience

Trainings (Preferred)
- Understanding of business environment and emerging trends in the banking industry
- In-depth knowledge of different HR tools
- Knowledge of global best practices in HR
- Knowledge of related soft ware
- Leadership Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Energy & Drive
- Ability to motivate people and develop winning teams
- Change management
