Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The program manager shall be responsible for overall coordination between the project manager and the home office. The program manager shall have experience working on Government projects, and the ability to quickly resolve issues that arise in contract execution and budgeting.

The program manager shall fill in as the project manager when the project manager is unavailable.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Must have expert level of knowledge, skills and abilities that include an understanding program management principles, practices and terminology.
- Eight (8) years of experience security systems and security operations.
- Including at least one (1) year of Program Manager Experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage numerous complex and time-critical activities simultaneously, including technical/data processing support activities.
- Requires expert knowledge of security systems; outstanding oral communication skills; outstanding management skills.
- Must be able to anticipate systems needs and develop and execute detailed plans for addressing the.
- Requires broad knowledge of Government’s data processing environments including office automation.
