Dental Assistant for a High-class Clinic

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our prestigious dental clinic in Albania. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a high-class environment, supporting dentists in delivering exceptional patient care to a diverse clientele, particularly those of Filipino, Tunisian, Latin, and Moroccan backgrounds. Age between 25 -30

Responsibilities:
- Assist dentists during dental procedures by preparing and organizing instruments and materials.
- Ensure patient comfort and provide support before, during, and after treatments.
- Maintain sterilization and cleanliness of dental instruments and work areas to uphold health and safety standards.
- Manage patient records accurately and efficiently, including scheduling appointments and handling patient inquiries.
- Provide education to patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care instructions.
- Collaborate with the dental team to enhance clinic operations and patient satisfaction.

- Proven experience as a Dental Assistant, preferably in a high-end or multi-cultural clinic setting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds, including Filipino, Tunisian, Latin, and Moroccan communities.
- Certification or diploma in Dental Assisting from a recognized institution.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and patient care.
- Friendly, professional, and compassionate demeanor with a patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work well within a team and adapt to a dynamic clinical environment.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills related to the client communities are a plus. English (A2-B1 level); Italian is a plus

Salary:
EUR 600 to 6,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
