Sushi Chef Assistant

Job description / Role

Location: Albania
Nationality: Filipino
Gender: Male / Female

Working Hours: 8 hours/day, 6 days/week

Job Responsibilities:
• Assist the sushi chef in preparing ingredients and dishes
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
• Learn and support sushi preparation techniques
• Ensure timely and efficient food service

Nationality: Filipino
• Gender: Male / Female
• Age: 20-35 years
• Experience: 1-3 years assisting in kitchens, preferably in sushi or Japanese cuisine

• Some experience in a kitchen or as an assistant chef
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, team-oriented, and punctual

Skills:
• Basic knowledge of sushi preparation
• Ability to follow instructions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
• Quick learner and cooperative team member

Salary:
EUR 700 to 800 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
