Job Title: Sushi Chef
Location: Albania
Salary: €1,000 per month
Working Hours: 8 hours/day, 6 days/week

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will prepare and present high-quality sushi dishes while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare sushi rolls, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes according to restaurant standards.
• Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team for smooth operations.
• Follow health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or similar role.
• Knowledge of traditional and modern sushi preparation techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong presentation skills.
• Good communication skills and team player attitude.

• Only Filipino candidates will be considered.

• Nationality: Filipino
• Gender: Male / Female
• Age: 22–40 years (preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years as a Sushi Chef or in a Japanese restaurant
• Education: Culinary degree or professional training in Japanese cuisine is preferred

Skills & Competencies:
• Proficient in preparing sushi rolls, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes
• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standard
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and presentation
• Team player with good communication skills
• Adaptable and willing to follow standard recipes and restaurant procedures
• Additional Attributes:
• Passion for Japanese cuisine and creativity in food presentation
• Punctual and disciplined
• Physically fit to handle long hours in the kitchen

Benefits:
• Salary: €1,000 per month

Salary:
EUR 900 to 1,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
