- Implementation of a personalized program
- Preparation and animation of individual or group courses
- Ensure that guests carry out their exercises in complete safety
- Advice on nutrition, dietetics, and follow-up of guest's evolution

Requirements

- Good physical condition and technical discipline mastery. A good knowledge of human anatomy is also necessary.
- Psychological qualities developed, patience and pedagogy in supporting people, dynamism and good humor.
- Mature and responsible with regard to the rules of safety and the health of people.
- Graduate Education Diploma in Fitness Field ; 2 - 3 years in Similar experience or in a similar environment
