Employment: Full Time

Commis de cuisine



- Assurer la mise en place et la préparation des produits et des mets
- Réaliser des plats chauds ou froids (hors-d'œuvre, potages, légumes, desserts...) et des remises en température
- Mettre en œuvre des techniques de cuisson sur différentes catégories de produits (viandes, légumes, œufs,...)
- Réaliser des appareils, farces, fonds et sauces
- Assurer le nettoyage et l'entretien de la cuisine, dans le respect des conditions d'hygiène et de sécurité
