Job Description
- Managing daily accounting operations and ensuring that a sound system of internal accounting control is in place.
- Establishing effective employee relations and driving employee performance within the Accounting, IT and Purchasing department.
- Providing guidance and assistance to Executive Committee and Department Heads in internal controls and all finance-related matters.
- Maintaining sound relationship with 3rd parties: tax, bank, insurance, auditors and other business partners.
- Maintaining positive relationship with the owner.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. CPA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years in multinational companies preferably in hotel accounting with at least the last 5 years in a similar managing position.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting system and Excel program.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- English, French and Arabic proficient in speaking and writing.
