Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Daily verification of special arrivals and special guest requests. Preparing welcome letters or cards. Provision of welcome gifts in the room.
- Greet and meet regular guests. Ensure a personalized welcome for VIP guests.
- Know all preferences of regular guests in order to provide personalized service.
- Be the privileged interlocutor for the specific requests of the General Management and other services with regard to VIP guests.
- Ensure a presence in the lobby in order to be available to guests and provide assistance if necessary;
- Manage complaints directly with the guests and departments concerned, or by sending a letter of apology.
- Ensure the protection and confidentiality of guest's information.

Requirements

- First experience in Guest Service. Good communication and guest contact skills.
- Excellent presentation and perfect elocution.
- Natural and spontaneous friendliness (courtesy, smile).
- Ability to manage complaints, stress.
- Dynamic and motivated, available and punctual.
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in Arabic, French and English languages.
