Head of Cost Control and Administrative Management of Contracts

In order to improve our staff in the Algeria branch, we are currently looking for a Cost Control and Contract Administration Manager.

Inserted into the technical staff dedicated to supporting the Works Management of a motorway construction site, the resource will be responsible for:

• Ensure supervision of the financial situation of the project
• Ensure a system of coding and control of the quantities produced
• Develop a database of reference prices for the contract, in relation to production materials, costs, yields
• Check the work schedule update
• Manage and administer the contract of the company carrying out the works
• Verify contract updates, completion and delivery of works
• Establish and maintain relationships with the company and the Construction Management
• Participate in periodic meetings with the client, providing technical and administrative assistance

• Degree in management engineering or technical disciplines
• At least 10 years of work experience in contract administration and management
• Good knowledge of French (level B2/C1)
