Human Ressources Team Leader

Job description / Role

The Human Resources Team Leader is responsible for assisting the Human Resources Manager in the management of the HR department.

Key Accountabilities
• Provides the needed support in the recruitment activities in order to ensure the selection of high caliber candidates for key positions.
• Manage and support the Performance Management team in offering them with professional advice and guidance regarding occurring ER issues Ensure that the Compensation & Benefits operations are in adherence to the set policies and procedures
• Take part in the preparation of the allocated budget of the HR department
• Suggest efficient HR materials in compliance with set policies and legal requirements
• Provide the needed support in identifying employees training needs

Requirements

• Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Psychology or a related 6 years of experience in HR with, 1 of which is in a supervisory role Proficiency in MS Office Fluency in English
