Job Description
- Ensures that all transactions are correctly posted.
- Checks revenue from all departments and ensures that all sales have been posted to accounts and correctly coded.
- Verifies all customer account transactions, closes all departments.
- Supervises and coordinates with the night team to ensure the implementation of company procedures.
- Checks the prices of posted rooms, invoices (as well as the correct conversion of currencies into dinars).
- Posts banquet invoices, verifies invoicing using the contract.
- Checks all debit invoices, authorizations attached to the debtor file, or contracts negotiated with companies or travel agencies.
- Checks the reports of credit cards

Requirements

Work Experience
- Similar experience or in a similar environment
- High school diploma or Graduate Education Diploma; 2 - 3 years experience in Finance / Accounting, guest services, front desk, or related professional area.

OR

- 2 - 3 years degree from an accredited university in Finance / Accounting,
