Job description / Role
Project Manager required for a leading real estate and investment holding company. The company have projects and investments across the Middle East, US and Africa.
Currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for a residential project in Algeria. The project consists of 160 units, design stage is complete and excavation work is due to start. Reporting into the Country Manager you will oversee the project and site team ensuring all key deliverables are met.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years experience in Project Management
- Must have experience taking a project from pre contract stage to project handover.
- Prior experience working on residential project
- Must be fluent in French
