Job description / Role
The Senior Human Resources Specialist is in charge of supporting the effective provision of high quality HR services across the business.
Key Accountabilities
• Ensure proper application and implementation of HR policies and achievement/maintenance of high standards of HR practices through providing professional advice and guidance to employees on all HR related issues
• Partake in developing the HR strategy in compliance with the overall company’s objectives
• Instigate/preserve robust relationships with external agencies/service providers to provide high quality HR services across the business while promoting externally the image of the company
• Prepare management information reports in order to ensure that his/her direct manager has the relevant information needed to support strategic decision-making
• Support the continuous HR provision/standards development by contributing to the development and/or implementation of functional/ corporate projects
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administration
• 4 years of experience in a similar field
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in MS Office
