Senior Project Manager - Algier
Guildhall is assisting a real estate investment company that manages a portfolio of operating companies across a variety of sectors and geographies. The company has significant experience in real estate projects worldwide.
The project will be the largest private sector development in Algeria which include large residential building & medical clinic.

Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Construction Management
- Must have experience as Project Manager or Project Director on Building Projects
- Contractual / Commercial experience using FIDIC
- Previous experience of working in North Africa
- Mix Experience working on client side and for Contractor
- Must be French Speaker
