Solution Architect

Job description / Role

• Participate and Lead Architecture and Design sessions with Customers and and develop architectural drawings, and documents that describe the design (HLD & LLD)
• Actively involved in configuration of new technology that does not have standard configurations
• MPLS/ L3VPNs configuration and troubleshooting for mobile networks.
• Telecom platforms integration ( S1/X1 , IuCS/PS IuB. Charging nodes, CS, PS and RAN.
• Able to migrate traffic from old nodes SSR or others to new Juniper routers
• 2G & 3G RAN Mobile backhauling integration.
• Juniper routers configuration and migration, JUNOS software and hardware upgrade.

Requirements

• Solution Architect with Hands on Experience with Juniper/Ericsson Routing and Switching (MX480 & MX104)
• Strong Network Design Skills
• Expert level understanding of TCP/IP, UDP, TCP, and other networking protocols
• Expert level knowledge of switching technologies including spanning tree, VTP, and others
• Expert knowledge in routing protocols BGP, OSPF
• Expert knowledge in QOS design and configuration
• Expert knowledge in WAN technology including MPLS, VPN, L3VPN. WAN
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
