Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Trouble Ticket ( TT ) Handling Activities
• Change Request ( CR ) Handling
• Daily Health Check-up & Troubleshooting
• Providing Back Office Support to Front Office ( FO ) , NPOC, Help Desk & Project Team
• Daily Cell Availability Progress Report
• KPI Analysis & Measurement

Requirements

• University Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication / Electronics or relevant
• Nature and length of previous experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of Experience in WRAN Back office Support
• Specialist knowledge: Back Office Support to Front Office ( FO ), NPOC, Help Desk & Project Team.
• Soft Skills and Personality traits: Excellent verbal and written communications skills
