Agile Iteration Manager / Agile Transformation Lead, Australia

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Agile enabled product or technology delivery, including 3-4 years in a scrum master, iteration management or agile programme management role
- Strong command of English language (both verbal and written)
- Hands on experience of a number of roles in an agile team, including product ownership and iteration management
- Setting up an agile team, establishing working norms, onboarding new team members, establishing tools and workflow, e.g. continuous integration, unit testing etc.
- Introducing agile working to an existing, non-agile organization, including coaching product owners, stakeholder engagement, and team engagement
- Facilitating agile practices such as iteration kickoffs, standups, showcases and retrospectives
- Facilitating agile inception processes, value identification, building product backlogs with product owners, release planning
- Successful delivery of numerous releases in an agile fashion
- Working within a “portfolio” environment with multiple teams, and the need to prioritize and invest in different teams / products at different rates
- Transformation lead: successful leadership of an agile transformation process with multiple teams, stakeholders
- Transformation lead: making the case for agile at an executive level; confident framing and communicating outcomes at the business value level and in practical ways
- Transformation lead: comfortable framing agile activity within wider investment and capital management processes
