Job description / Role

We have opportunities for full time boat builders with skills in composite manufacturing to join our growing team in Sydney Australia.

- We provide on the job training, in a positive, supportive and friendly environment.
- Overall, you need to be good with your hands, ready to learn and have a good attitude to work.
- You will work in all aspects of composite boat manufacture from material preparation

Salary:
USD 2,900 to 3,300 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Knowledge of composite materials / fiberglass and composite manufacture processes including:

- Wet hand lay-up,
- Resin infusion
- Filament winding
- Fill and fairing
- Gel-coating / spray painting
- Cloth cutting
- Trimming

Minimum ESSENTIAL Requirement:

- Composite manufacturing experience in a boat building company: at least 3 years
- Candidates who have completed IELTS or similar test (with certain minimum scores) or who have completed at least 5 years of full-time study in at least a secondary level institution and where most classes were in English should apply
