Talent Acquisition Specialist - Brisbane

Gulf Connexions is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our clients dynamic, successful and fast paced Melbourne based recruitment team. This is a tremendous opportunity for an experienced recruitment and talent sourcing professional to join one of Australia’s leading organizations within the financial sector. Reporting into the Head of Human Resources the ideal candidate will display a strong technical background in end-to-end recruitment processes within the banking and finance industry.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver and manage the full recruitment process end-to-end.
• Conduct initial screening and deselection before submitting candidates to the hiring manager.
• Develop and implement the recruitment strategy in close collaboration with the hiring managers.
• Provide support and advice to Hiring Managers and other stakeholders as required.
• Develop and maintain candidate relations through relationship driven calls and meetings.
• Developing creative and attractive job postings for roles.
• Ensure all data in the ATS systems remain accurate and up to date.

Requirements

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree of equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of talent acquisition experience and background using various and multichannel sourcing activities.
• Excellent experience in implementing targeted sourcing initiatives.
• Should have experience in industry mapping specifically for the APAC region.
• Exceptional organisational skills, highly effective at time management and setting priorities.
• Ability to work autonomously with little supervision.
• High level of self-motivation.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal English.
