Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with one of our international clients within the Oil & Gas services sector. Our client is a listed entity and is looking to hire a Sales Lead to be based in Baku, Azerbaijan.
The Sales Lead will drive sales, using prior technical knowledge of rigging and lifting to promote products and offering solutions to clients in the Oil & Gas sector. You will manage a Sales team which will involve recruiting, supporting and coaching your staff to ensure that they are motivated to meet expected targets. You will also design and implement a strategic business plan in order to increase the client base for the company as well as manage and nurture client relationships by understanding their needs to secure long-lasting partnerships. Additionally, you will provide forecasts and regular sales & revenue reports.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a strong technical background in the Oil & Gas industry, particularly with rigging and lifting. Experience in securing sales, tenders, contracts and conducting business development is also a requirement. You should be approachable and supportive, ideally with team management experience. The successful candidate should be skilled in calculating financial business cases and creating projections of revenue/profit.
