Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is one of the well-known hospitals in Bahrain, and they are currently looking to hire an Administration Manager.

The Administration Manager is expected to be:
• Responsible for organizing and overseeing the health services and daily activities of a hospital.
• A strong leader with superb administrative and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work under pressure and react effectively to emergency situations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent documentation, communication, and IT skills
• Passionate about clinical excellence


The ideal candidate must have:
• Over 5 years of experience as an administration manager in a hospital.
• Experience in Quality Management
• Experience in Rules and Regulations
• Preferably Arabic speaker
