Employment: Full Time

We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asphalt paving operations and a proven track record of successfully overseeing construction projects. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As an Asphalt Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing crews, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise asphalt paving operations on various construction projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Plan, organize, and oversee the daily activities of asphalt crews, providing guidance and support to enhance productivity and quality.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Monitor and track project progress, preparing reports on work completed, materials used, and any issues encountered.
- Train and mentor crew members on best practices, safety procedures, and equipment operation to foster a culture of safety and excellence.
- Manage equipment and materials inventory, ensuring that necessary supplies are available for ongoing projects.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise on-site, including equipment malfunctions, material shortages, and crew performance challenges.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including daily logs, incident reports, and compliance records.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Asphalt Supervisor or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of asphalt materials, paving techniques, and equipment operation.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in construction and asphalt operations.
- Experience with project management software and tools is a plus.
- Certification in asphalt technology or related field is highly desirable.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to various job sites as needed.

Salary:
BHD 1,500 to 2,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: + 25% OF BASIC SALARY + SINGLE STATUS + COMPANY CAR + YEARLY AIR TICKET
