Assistant General Manager (Car Rental and Leasing Business)

Job description / Role

We are seeking suitable candidates for an Assistant General Manager's position for a car rental and leasing company in Bahrain.

Key responsibilities include:
- Establish goals and direction for the organization
- Build strong business relationships both inside and outside the organization
- Keep track of detailed financial analysis data
- Promote and advocate for the organization
- Prepare organization for future change
- Create policies and planning recommendations
- Oversee general day-to-day operational activities
- Manage human and financial resources.

Requirements

- Minimum 12 to 15 years of experience within the car rental and leasing business.
- GCC experience is preferred.
- Bachelors degree, MBA will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
