Job description / Role
Gulf Connexions is seeking highly motivated individuals interested in exploring a career in the field of Executive Search/Recruitment. Our internship program will allow individuals to learn and develop the vital skills that are needed to be successful in the world of international recruitment.
This role is to provide specialist support to the recruitment consultants and management team on a daily basis. You will identify and generate candidates for the consultants to represent to their clients across different industries. You will need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as be a problem solver in order to succeed in this role. On a daily basis, you will be required to meet the needs of both our clientele as well as our candidates while maintaining the highest level of service and professionalism. You will be required to develop and expand the candidate database through both telephonic and web based research. Enthusiasm, resilience and persistency is key to being successful in this role.
Requirements
• Candidates must be a recent graduate from a reputable university.
• Strong business acumen and people skills.
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Be confident and ambitious with high energy & be willing to work in a high paced environment.
• Highly organized, detail orientated people who are able to effectively prioritize their work load.
• An interest in pursuing a career in recruitment/hr.
