Employment: Full Time

Corporate communications professionals have to deal with external public relations at the corporate level by increasing brand exposure through industry editors, media personnel, and journalists. Corporate Communications executives also deal with the internal public relations to increase brand awareness, help create integrated brands and generate budgets.

Description
* Write, gain approval and disseminate Internal Communications
* Develop content related to other Communications activity including, but not limited to: research, drafting, editing and approval of: CEO speeches, media articles, bi-lines, Q&A's, holding statements, talking points, cascade documents, internal and external news flashes, communications updates, client communications, preparation of major presentations, briefing packs, content for staff town halls, etc.
* Support the business lines and functions in the development of any content for internal or external dissemination, as agreed with the Regional Head of Communications
* Support the development movies by providing content advisory and script development, review and approval
* Regularly update the regional pitch book and client slide deck with relevant and accurate information in a timely manner. Undertake a quarterly review with improvement and content recommendations in line with other countries/regions; Develop and own all processes and guidelines relating to the pitch book
* Develop content, gain approval and update MEA and RSA websites
* Own and develop Communications intranet pages
* Support the Brand approval process and become team 'Brand Expert'.
* Develop and execute end to end MEA internal communications and staff engagement initiatives at both a local and Group level. Work proactively and in partnership with key internal stakeholders such as HR on internal projects.
* Ensure visibility of MEA activities within MEA and the wider group
* Stay up to date on all news related to the bank's clients and competitors, feed information to the team.
* Research and maintain a calendar of all industry awards, manage submission process and draft Communication announcement

Job Offer
BHD - 2000 - 2500 Per Month (Flight Tickets, Medical, Bonus)

Requirements

* Fluent English, with an excellent command of the written and spoken language
* Native (or business fluent) Arabic preferable
* Minimum of 6 years working in a fast paced International/ Multinational Corporate Marketing or Communications role
* Experience of journalism or working with in a copy writing role an advantage
* Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email platforms
* Experience in producing and editing videos
