One of my clients, a leading Management Consulting firm, are currently seeking a Program Director for a large scale Core Banking transformation with a leading bank. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of professional experience with around 10+ years in the financial services and technology management. The project is anticipated to last around 3 – 5 years, so the contract is likely to be renewed on an annual basis. My client has also indicated that there is a strong possibility a permanent position will be offered provided both parties are happy with the quality and scope of work. Candidates whom have a mix of vendor and client side experience would be ideal for the role. Alternatively those whom have extensive consulting experience around Core banking programs would also be a very good match. My client is seeking someone whom has had extensive experience in managing programs specifically around large scale Murex implementation in the treasury arena & large scale I-flex implementation in core banking arena- EXPERIENCE IN BOTH IS A MUST.
PMP or Prince2 certification is highly desirable. Competitive tax free salary is on offer for this role.

- Full SDLC experience in Murex & I-flex implementations (at least 3 +years)
- Previous experience in managing large scale IT banking programs in excess of 5 million USD in value.
- Previous experience in managing large scale Change Management initiatives.
- Previous experience in managing large scale IT Transformation initiatives in the banking sector.
- Fluency in English written and spoken is an absolute must
- Core banking program management experience is a must (5+ years)
- 10+ years in IT banking or project management.
- Mix of vendor and client side experience highly desirable
- Consultancy experience highly desirable
