Job description / Role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to join our dynamic team in Hamala (Al Liwan). As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional coffee experience for our customers. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages while providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and tea beverages, ensuring consistency and excellence in every cup.
- Engage with customers to take orders, answer questions, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring all machines are cleaned and functioning properly.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers, ensuring an enjoyable experience from the moment they enter.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously improve barista skills and product knowledge.
- Handle cash register operations and manage transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Stay updated on coffee trends and new beverages to enhance the menu offerings.

- Proven work experience as a Barista or in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage with customers and create rapport.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for coffee and service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
