Job description / Role
We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join our dynamic team in Bahrain. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee beverages, providing outstanding customer service, and creating a welcoming environment for our patrons. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and cold brews
- Ensure all beverages are made to the highest standards of quality and presentation
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their selections and answering any questions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and seating areas
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed
- Train new baristas and share knowledge about coffee types, brewing methods, and equipment care
- Upsell food and beverage items to enhance customer experience
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn and share knowledge about coffee culture
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling cash and making change
Salary:
BHD
300 to 350
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
