The company:

Our client is an Entertainment Company in Bahrain, Currently they are looking to hire Business Analyst.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop new client management system analysis operations across all areas system support for sales.
• Increase knowledge and training across all team members on system operations and procedures.
• Responsible for the techno functional development, user support and error investigation of the CRM and ticketing software.
• Prepare and present daily, weekly and monthly report for all sales revenue streams in an orderly and professional manner.
• Work closely with the Finance to produce revenue statements in an efficient and periodic manner.
• Coding, implementing and modifying CRM and ticketing software in terms of what reports to be produced and what fields are to be changed or added as per the Commercial and Finance department needs with the guidance of the IT Department.
• Responsible for setting up sales systems in terms of products, events and services that the commercial department offer to the market jointly with department heads.
• Provide the Finance department with sales systems and analytical reports in a periodic manner to ensure that invoicing, claiming payments and reconciling records are all in order and up to date.
• Implement and oversee CRM / Ticket system daily processes and highlight any non-company policy procedures the Assistant Manager, Business Analyst.
• Overview ticketing systems for both corporate and retail product range so that all aspects of developments are managed on a day to day basis but with an overview on IT help to implement any changes required.
• To liaise with Marketing, Sales and Social Media regarding the required datasets for e-marketing campaigns.
• Achieve clear deadlines set across all operational objectives.
• Obligations are carried through with accuracy.
• Perform other tasks and duties as directed by the Assistant Manager, Business Analyst.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, MIS or any related discipline
• 2-3 years of Finance experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication (English) and interpersonal skills, Arabic language is an advantage.
• Ideal candidate is PC literate with advanced skills on MS Office programs (Word / Excel / PowerPoint) and able to utilize these applications to a high standard.
• Excellent reporting and analytical skills.
• Must be able to meet deadlines and simultaneously manage several projects, when required.
• Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Drive to seek out and assemble relevant information.
• Attention to detail.
• Should be able to maintain stable performance under pressure.
• Organized with excellent ability to prioritize.
