Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The main objective of this position is development and products/services placements.
- To identify, source, develop and finalize business deals (training programs, research, educational programs)
- To offer business research and analysis across multiple industries and subject areas for clients.
- To meet the financial yearly budget for the company.
- To cross sell the company product.

Responsibilities:
- Meet the yearly financial objective as agreed with the managing partner
- Develop KPI’s for the function and for the team and monitor performance on a monthly basis.
- Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements;
- Develop profitable programs by contacting potential partners; minimum offerings.
- Locates or proposes potential programs by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Screens potential business transactions by analyzing market offerings in the training, educations, research field, market gaps, potential and financials. Evaluating options, recommending priority programs and execution of programs.
- Monitoring progress made via training programs or schemes and rectify immediately deviations

For each training program the responsibilities are highlighted below;
- Calling programs to study programs and design modifications to suite client’s needs.
- Design calling programs to a minimum of 3 calls per week to sell the company’s products and services.
- Finalize set of training programs to be delivered within each quarter and place them in the market.
- Prepare professional reports and word/power point for Training programs/proposals and conferences.
- Develop operational manuals for the firms including HR, Operations, Training and Placements.
- Provide a business plan which outlines business models and resources required, including human operational, technology and financial resources.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in similar field Training/ L&D consulting firm.
• Master in Business Administration major in Finance, project management, marketing or in a relevant field and/or significant experience working in a similar role in human services.
• Marketing, Sales Management, Research, Writing, Market Knowledge, Good communication and presentation skills, knowledgeable in computer, Ability to understand new market trends and new up-gradations in company business
• Must be a fluent speaker in English & Arabic.
