Employment: Full Time

The Business Center Manager manages the day- to- day operations of the Business Center. The Business Center Manager will report directly to the Area Manager and will be responsible for the activities of the country.. This is a key management position that demands excellent leadership, management skills and vision within the Business Center.

Responsibilities

- Daily organization of the business centre
- Management of all employees within the centre
- Responsible for the business centre occupancy rate
- Responsible for P&L
- Dealing with clients and being accessible to them
- Training and Development
- Networking
- Reporting to the HQ
- Setting good behaviours and leading by example
- Maintaining productivity and standards
- Respect policies and procedures

Requirements

General Experience

- Business Centre and /or service industry experience
- Proven sales management track record
- Excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of local market and regulations
- Proven sales management track record
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Good relationship builder
- Self driven
- Trustworthy
- Ambitious
- Ability to deal with different nationalities and strong verbal and written English
